Registered Massage Therapy
This isn't your average massage therapy treatment! Utilizing assessment techniques and modalities where indicated, there are a variety of services that can be added on to your treatment session in order to provide you with the best outcomes.
Rachael's background in Kinesiology enhances treatments from analyzing tissue from a movement perspective as well as a therapeutic perspective.

Registered Massage Therapy
Rachael is trained in Swedish Massage therapy, performed with the client between the sheets. General massage therapy practices including therapeutic assessment of tissues, manual fascial release, deep tissue, range of motion (PNF/PIR) techniques, and joint mobilizations, all at the comfort of the client.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a complimentary add-on to treatments in order to help achieve a decompression effect on tissues, both muscularly and fascial, as well as to improve blood circulation on soft tissue. Risks involve potential bruising of treatment area.
Red Light and Near Infrared Light
Using a Kala Red and NIR light device, this a paid add-on service that provides decreased inflammation, improves cellular energy production, speeds healing of injuries, improves circulation, speeds muscle recovery and growth, and more!
Kinesiotaping
Trained through RockTape, Rachael can apply Kinesiotape to areas of pain or injury to improve circulation, enhance range of motion, decompress fascia and improve neural input to muscles and joints
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage therapy treatments mimic general Swedish techniques, but involve the client wearing a pair of shorts and a t-shirt in order to incorporate more stretch based and range of motion treatment without sheets present. These sessions are typically more involved for the client with movement practices.
IASTM - Muscle Scraping
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) is a technique where a tool is utilized in order to help release muscle, fascia, and promote healing through decreasing scar tissue in a specific area. This is a complimentary add-on service for massage therapy treatme
Exercise Therapy
When clients come in with an injury, restriction, or decreased strength and mobility in certain areas, they will be given a customized exercise plan in order to improve strength, mobility and treatment outcomes. After all, most healing happens outside of the treatment room!
Personal Training Services
Personal training services are offered in-person at clients homes using minimal equipment, or what equipment the client has available, OR virtually through a video call!
Different package options are available for personal training, including a variety of 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.
All clients will have access to an app where additional supplemental workouts are prescribed and progress is tracked.
